I am very worried about the first line on page 105 of the report concerning ambulances, which reads, "Emergency response - percentage of clinical status 1 Delta incidents responded to by a patient carrying vehicle in 18 minutes 59 seconds or less". The target is 80% and the actual outcome for 2015 was 64% achieved within that period. In 2016 it deteriorated to 61%. That seems a very worrying situation. I am reading that correctly? I am a layman.
