No, I am still reading Kafka actually. Let us take the circumstances again. In a setting in Connemara in the heart of the Gaeltacht there is one physiotherapy post providing services to that area. The therapist leaves the post for some reason and it is decided the post will not be filled. Can the HSE stand over a decision like that?
