It would certainly include the Committee of Public Accounts to the extent that the commission would have a separate Vote and the chairperson or commissioner would be the Accounting Officer for that Vote. However, it does not preclude the commissioner from being called before other committees. Obviously, the Joint Committee on Justice and Equality is one such committee, but other committees may be interested in the views of the commissioner.
