One of the reasons I have asked about this is that Mr. Carroll correctly mentioned that the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner which will become known as the Data Protection Commission will expand considerably on the basis of the Bill. Currently, it has a staff of 100. Does Mr. Carroll agree that the new commission will become a large statutory body which will need to be significantly funded, particularly in the light of the fact that there will be complaints from other countries?
