I would not put it like that. There are still businesses that continue to pay royalties. There will also be some businesses that claim capital allowances. It depends on what decisions are made about whether to claim the costs of the intellectual property they use as a capital investment if they decide they will purchase it and use it as a capital asset or to will continue to pay royalties. There will still be businesses that are paying that.
