While we anticipate that the number might be small, we do not know. We have to plan for a large number and do it right. We are also discussing systems. Many of the committee's members will know better than I do what it takes to develop systems and set them up. Whatever about the man in New York, I would expect a large number from Northern Ireland. That will cause complications if we choose a paper-based system.
