It is part of the pension equality matter but it is included in the heads of the Bill. Applications for redress will be to a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The monetary limit for Circuit Court jurisdiction is only €100,000. The matter will be heard by an appropriate court and that will be in the text when it is finished.
