I have a question about the correspondence that was received yesterday from Michael Culhane to the committee, which is dated 4 March 2011. The Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Michael Culhane and Mr. Niall Kelly are referenced in it and there is a report into the financial regulation at the Garda College. I presume Mr. Kelly has seen it as his name was on the top of it.
