The essence of the Console case was that there was personal gain in that organisation. Mr. Kelly stated a moment ago that there was no personal gain. This is why I am homing in on the Console issue. I do not know if Mr. Kelly made a comparison with Console but if he did, that can only have meant in the eyes of the public that there was personal gain by someone. He is now saying he has no evidence of personal gain, which I accept. Let us all hope that the evidence backs up that statement. If, however, Mr. Kelly is satisfied that there was no personal gain, any reference to, or comparison with, Console, if he made one, would have been utterly gratuitous. I do not know whether he made such a comparison.
