I want to ask a few individual questions. With regard to the Garda boat club, €100,000 was transferred in four separate payments. Was that legal? Was it not breaking the law or the governance rules and regulations? Can they transfer €100,000 from Templemore up to the boat club in Dublin in four instalments?
