I was extremely mindful that my position was as the independent reviewer of Mr. Kelly's work. I was worried that I might create the mistaken impression that I was too close to management. If I may put it this way, while I want to emphasise that I mean no implied criticism of anyone, everyone on the page from this line down, except for Mr. Kelly, is part of the domain that is audited.
