I have to fall back on this point. The NTPF has a very narrow and clearly defined role under the legislation, which is to agree the maximum prices with each individual nursing home. We are not really involved beyond that and I would almost be going ultra viresto tread into that. I might have my own views on it but I do not think it appropriate that I should necessarily express them.
