Mr. Joseph Nugent:
We provided to the committee a note from Commissioner Fachtna Murphy of 8 May 2008 in respect of the Garda College report financial regulation, which I am taking to be the report provided at the time. Included in that are handwritten notes from the Commissioner to the effect that he had a brief discussion with the Secretary General in respect of some of these matters.
