I will parse what the Deputy has said because I want to make sure people get the context. Mr. Kelly and I had lengthy discussions when he became involved in the process and he made it clear he had not been involved in anything other than an A03 audit in the college. The A03 audit is a simple audit of fees paid for courses but the fundamental enterprises within the college were unknown to him in the extent of their operation and he had not seen the 2006, 2008 or 2010 reports. In my note back to him, I wondered aloud whether that was accident or design.
