The 2008 report has been discussed at this meeting so members will have some idea of it and the documents are worth looking at. There is no basis for the level of abstraction in the report or for reaching a conclusion that all cash was managed appropriately. It is impossible, and this is not a comment on the Commissioner. From the level of detail in the report this is not possible to verify.
