The point is well made. I will move on to Deputy Cullinane. The issue of outstanding taxation is unresolved. A year on, we still do not know. It should have been one of the recommendations. If Mr. Kelly did not complete it during his report, it should be a recommendation that all that be wrapped up. That is an issue we will come back to.
