We are directly responsible for these two tax numbers. What I am finding hard to understand is that in the course of that investigation, when Mr. Kelly is talking to these two heads, would he have got P35s and reconciled wages with them to see if there was a discrepancy? Were there unvouched wages that tax has not been paid on?
