I trusted what was coming to me in March 2011, when I actually got a response from the Commissioner and from Mr. Culhane. I trusted that it was accurate and that the issues were being addressed. In hindsight, maybe I gave too much trust to that information. Probably, what would have happened is that these issues would have been advanced a couple of years before. Eventually they did come out in the report I wrote in 2016.
