I will give Mr. Barrett an opportunity later. If we hauled in some of the banks or some of the private companies, God knows what would emerge. They are not subject to our scrutiny; I wish they were. In that context, I welcome this scrutiny. I do not welcome what I am hearing but I welcome the scrutiny. If it were applied to the private sector, I have no doubt that would result would be equally as bad.
