Is there anything else of which Mr. Nugent is aware, bar the letter the Commissioner has claimed legal privilege on, because in respect of a number of questions earlier, Mr. Nugent said he would have to refer back? That concerns me deeply because as regards this constitutional committee, it is not a question of choice. If there is evidence there, unless there is some legal issue, which we referred to earlier, Mr. Nugent is obliged to give it. I am going to be very clear on this. Is there any document in any shape or form of which Mr. Nugent as the conduit bringing it to the committee is aware that is relevant and is not in the possession of this committee? I ask Mr. Nugent to think before he answers.
