Did he tell Mr. Howard that there was nothing to see here and that Mr. Howard had nothing to worry about or did he tell Mr. Howard that this was explosive, had been going on for a decade and the internal auditor had not been told? Alternatively, did he tell Mr. Howard none of the above and did the two just talk about sports?
