This is the Committee of Public Accounts. It is not a case of Mr. Nugent being able to revert on any issue he wants. If he knows the answer to a question and fails to give it, it is a very serious matter. He can say he does not know the answer in his role or he can give us the answer, but to say that he can revert on a specific question like that is totally unacceptable in my view. He either knows or he does not. If he does not, he is in the role of head of administration, which would make it incredible.
