The 2011 document asks serious questions about the activities here. The biggest criticism I have of Mr. Kelly's office is that if I read the content and detail of that document back in 2011, I would have been suspicious. Mr. Culhane is equally guilty because he was writing things that are not true in this document. He has not checked or had the details vouched. I am hugely concerned about the procedures within An Garda Síochána. It is very clear that the process was not followed by either the witness or Mr. Culhane.
