We are in a process in that regard. It is part of the preparation of looking at the various different models. There are various different legal arrangements between countries - whether it is the EEA or Turkey being part of the customs union. Then there is the harder border on the eastern side. In a way, there is no particular model between the eastern flank of the EU and their neighbours that provides the potential to solve these problems.
One of the closest relationships in this, because of a long standing historical relationship, is probably the relationship between Norway and Sweden. That would be highly sophisticated and their relevant officials have authority on each side of the border. That is a real close-----
