I urge the working group not to forget the local fellas that live in the area that has been deemed to suffer intense urban pressure. Such people are denied planning even though they have been brought up and reared in a house located in the area but, unfortunately, do not have enough land to build a house. The rules stipulate that planning permission can only be granted to family members in such instances. Many families do not have-----
