Can we get to the urban deprivation issue?

It is wrong. If one thinks that there are challenges in rural Ireland, we must be honest that the challenges in rural Ireland with regard to lifestyle quality pale into total insignificance when compared with disadvantaged urban areas. Is there a plan in this great model to eliminate the drug problem in Dublin, the total social deprivation and the low educational rates of certain revitalising areas by planning, investment and development, RAPID, programme areas? I will define them as that because they are scientifically worked out. Is there a plan to do that?
