We had a different approach in the Banded Hours Contract Bill. That is still my preference because the Minister of State made reference to casual work and exceptions in the heads of the Bill. I accept his point that people who come home for a wedding or a funeral should not have the same rights. I want a clear definition so that unscrupulous employers, which unfortunately exist, do not drive a coach and horses through the term "casual work".
