One of the key points of the Banded Hours Contract Bill was that there were perhaps six or seven bands. I see that the Government's heads of Bill has just four bands. The first band is from one hour to ten hours. Are there any concerns about that? How effective would a Banded Hours Contract Bill need to be in order that a worker could avail of securing the hours he or she works?
