On that point, Ms Bolger referenced section 7 of the Protection of Employees (Fixed Term Work) Act 2003 as a possible fix. We are more than happy to review the wording of that section to see how it can be adapted to fit within this Bill but we were not in a position to have that work completed for the purpose of this meeting. It was helpful to know that there is strong and robust case law at an Irish and European level in terms of wording that could strengthen this Bill.
