What Indecon did was look at a whole range of issues, including business development, including the coming on stream of new products like commingling, including finance, including online platforms. All of those issues were covered in the Indecon report. The proposition of Indecon, and it seems to me it has been borne out by experience, is that even with this new business development platform, they were not going to generate sufficient margins to close off the debt.
