Those reports are published publicly every year. Once an infringement case starts - it tends to start, as one would expect, through a letter - there is not so much an ongoing correspondence but rather, as an independent agency, we provide independent data to support any arguments that are being made by the member state to the Commission on that. We also regularly attend package meetings with the Commission to provide that data, but we are there as an independent agency whose role is to collect those data and publish them.
