I move amendment No. 52:

In page 114, lines 10 and 11, to delete “Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 520 of 2013)” and substitute “Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 264 of 2015)”.
