In page 106, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following:“Prohibition on prospecting for mercury
227.A person who prospects for mercury commits an offence and is liable—(a) on summary conviction to a class A fine, or
(b) on conviction on indictment to a fine not exceeding €250,000.”.
