I move amendment No. 146:

In page 33, after line 35, to insert the following:“31. Within two years of the enactment of this Act, the Minister shall review the operation of this Act specifically with regard to non-compliance with the Act with a view to identifying any specific penalties that may need to be instituted.”.

There is an automatic review with all new legislation so I am quite happy to allow that procedure to carry on. It is not necessary to table an amendment calling for a review when we know that every piece of legislation is subject to a review after a period of time.
