I move amendment No. 112:

In page 23, lines 9 to 12, to delete all words from and including “when” in line 9 down to and including “concerned” in line 12 and substitute the following:“in determining whether to make an application to the court for a special measure specified in subsection (2)during the course of any criminal proceedings related to the alleged offence, have regard to the specific protection needs identified under section 14in relation to the victim concerned”.
