-----but only two applicants were approved as far as I could gather because the criteria were so strict. There were only 39 applicants anyway. I am not saying it is necessarily within Mr. Waters's remit but it is something I want to highlight because it is important.
With regard to complaints procedures and translation, a booklet is provided in basic English so it is easily comprehensible.
