I cannot comment on the individual circumstances on the case the Acting Chairman has raised. I take his bona fides in what he says but as far as I am concerned, subject to the law, subject to ensuring that whatever requirements around the protection of people and normal routine business that people should be able to conduct their business in centres in a normal way.
