On the comment about the accuracy of the vacancy data, it goes back to what I said at the outset. We had 5,000 people working in every part of the country and visiting every single house over a period of ten weeks. We can certainly stand over the methodology we applied to identify vacant houses. Mr. Halpin can provide more detail on that. I am not sure what methodology the individual to whom Deputy O'Dowd referred had for identifying vacant houses.
