I fully support the initiative of Deputy Collins to bring this legislation forward. I spoke to her earlier and said it could be strengthened through amendment. I echo the frustration raised by Deputy Ó Broin. This issue has been on the agenda for a long time and I am afraid the Minister will test the public's patience if he does not deliver a response to the Attorney General's advice. When will we get that? We have been talking around here for at least an hour and we have not got much further. We all recognise that we have to be cautious but when we will be given this information? I am frustrated-----
