The Department has raised unforeseen consequences so we are trying to assist it in its decision-making process, as well as the Attorney General by providing additional information to her. It is important to stress the distinctions and perhaps the Minister will pass on this morning's submission from senior counsel to the committee to the Attorney General. It might help inform her decision making around potential conflicts between public and private ownership.
