Hold on a second. The interim audit report by the auditor has been accepted by the Commissioner. The auditor has stated quite clearly on the record of the Committee of Public Accounts that he believes laws and Acts - it is obvious to all of us what they are - have been broken. The Commissioner has accepted the report.
