I do not see it as acceptable. I have made that very clear from the outset. If I have not, I am quite willing to repeat it again. The practices that happened in the Garda college should not have happened. They were not acceptable. We have stepped up to implement it. I would like to come back to something. The Deputy said he would give me an opportunity to finish at the end.
