That was the problem. This is a question for the Comptroller and Auditor General as well. I acknowledge this is a difficult question for him to answer but, in his professional opinion, at what point should the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General have been informed of the issues we are aware of and which we have spent almost five hours discussing?
