Deputy, absolutely. Getting one's ducks in a row is a very well worded plea. There is no process. We are not saying we will exclude people permanently but we need to sort out new administrative arrangements around the operation of those facilities. The services had previously been provided, I mean our licensing regime, by the OPW. As part of our discussions around that, this is a process that we need to take on. We need to sort it out. There is a broader piece around communications with the community and I think we can do better. It is something that we are interested in.
