I wish to explain. In 2014, even before Mr. Barrett came into the organisation, there was a Government commitment to reform. We fully accepted the recommendations of the Garda Inspectorate reports - all of them - including the report in 2015. As part of the process a number of recommendations were made and we accepted them.

I mentioned this earlier in speaking to some of the Deputies. We are running a 21st century organisation on a 1940s corporate architecture.
