An agreement is usually worked out between the two rescue organisations. Most primarily use fund-raising to send dogs across. It probably costs in the region of €300 per dog to prep it, have it spayed or neutered and vaccinated, kennel it and pay for transport fees. This does not include extra medical requirements, for example, broken bones.
