I will briefly take questions on the other subheads in programme A as the joint committee is due to discuss the Cassells report with four witnesses at 5.30 p.m. I ask members to specify the subheads to which they wish to refer and keep questions short. After the Minister responds, we will adjourn our discussion of the Revised Estimate and reconvene at another time, either later this evening or on another day. I suggest, therefore, that we complete the discussion on programme A before deciding how to proceed. Do members have other questions on programme A?
