Chronic pain is not one of the three conditions but Mr. Lennon and Ms Egan stated that it would be open to a consultant with a patient with chronic pain to access medicinal cannabis through the original licensing system. If someone with chronic pain believed that medicinal cannabis was the only solution and his or her consultant agreed, that system would be open to him or her.
