I welcome the Vintners Federation of Ireland and the Licensed Vintners Association and thank them for their presentations. I had to go upstairs to ask a question of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, so my question to the witnesses has probably already been asked. Do they believe that this change in legislation will discourage people from going to bars and consuming alcohol? Will it affect the witnesses' business?
