I move amendment No. 75:
In page 48, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:“Amendment of section 177T (Natura impact report and Natura impact statement) of Principal Act
15. Section 177T of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (3) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (a):“(aa) as respects a draft National Planning Framework, the Minister.”.”.
